I specialize in representing sellers and buyers of multi-tenant and single-tenant retail investment properties throughout Inland Southern California. I recognize how personal each transaction is to my clients and take pride in maximizing the value of the property for the seller while making the selling process a positive experience for all parties involved.
I am a leader within the brokerage community at using technology to market my listings. I have developed a process of working with video, photography, personal presentations, and graphics to produce a video for each of his listings that tells the story of each property. As a result, I have spoken nationally on how to produce these unique property videos. These productions have facilitated many of my sales by making it easier for buyers and cooperating brokers to understand why they should buy my listings. The following is a sample of the type of video that I have prepared for my clients:
I also like to keep my clients informed via video news briefs. If you are not on Mike’s email list, please fill out this form to get on the list. To see a sample of these news briefs, click here:

Mike Lin has been involved in the sale of two single tenant buildings for me. He was very thorough in handling the listings. He found buyers for my buildings despite existing leases with over forty years of renewal options remaining and no adjustments to the rent. A difficult sale at best. Furthermore, he got top dollar and the escrows went very smoothly. I am happy to recommend Mike to other investors and owners. He kept on top of the transaction and was always responsive. He provided sound market information and kept me informed throughout the transaction.

Mike Lin exceeded my expectations. I felt that I was well represented at all times during the transaction. He went to bat for me and made the deal happen at the price I wanted. His communication was excellent, and he always answered my questions quickly and professionally. He helped to coordinate vendors on my behalf and the entire escrow process went smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike, and I look forward to working with him again in the future.
