I specialize in representing buyers and sellers of retail investment properties. Prior to joining Progressive, I was a broker at NAI Capital in Irvine, CA, where I focused on the retail market as a landlord and tenant representative.
Before becoming a commercial real broker, I was a real estate investor, with experience in property management, residential investment, and flipping houses in Orange County. Prior to real estate, I worked in the corporate world for large companies such as Nestle, Prudential, and Computer Sciences Corporation.
I have a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. I was formerly a Co-President of the Duke Alumni Club of Orange County.
I am an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and live in Tustin, CA with my wife and son. In my spare time, I enjoys tennis, triathlons, and guitar.

Mike Lin exceeded my expectations. I felt that I was well represented at all times during the transaction. He went to bat for me and made the deal happen at the price I wanted. His communication was excellent, and he always answered my questions quickly and professionally. He helped to coordinate vendors on my behalf and the entire escrow process went smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike, and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Mike Lin has been involved in the sale of two single tenant buildings for me. He was very thorough in handling the listings. He found buyers for my buildings despite existing leases with over forty years of renewal options remaining and no adjustments to the rent. A difficult sale at best. Furthermore, he got top dollar and the escrows went very smoothly. I am happy to recommend Mike to other investors and owners. He kept on top of the transaction and was always responsive. He provided sound market information and kept me informed throughout the transaction.
